头发移植术后并发动静脉瘘4例报告

ARTERIOVENOUS FISTULA FOLLOWING HAIR TRANSPLENTATION:REPORT OF 4 CASE

本文报道了我科八年多来850名患者计2150次头发移植术后发生的4例动静瘘,年龄24岁～31岁其中3例发生于颞动静脉区,1例发生于枕动静脉区,提示青年人在较粗动静脉同时受损时客易发生AVF。本文讨论了 AVF 的形成、处理方法、尤其是对 AVF 的环扎治疗能快速止血,对应急处理特别有效。还讨论了如何尽可能减少 AVF 的发生。

Our union have hair transpiantati:on operated on 850 patients totally 2150 times for 8 years.Four cases of AVF following the procedure were written in this article.Three of them appear on the temperal A—V area.The other on the occipital A—V area.It implies the AVF easily occures when the large A—V are traumaed simultane- ously.The age of the 4 casezs was 24 to 31 years old,focused on the young.We discussed the information of AVF,therapeutic methods,especially cyclic ligation,It is well fitted on emergency.We also discussed how to avoid such serious complication.
