摘要
应用额部扩张皮瓣形成以滑车上血管为蒂的皮瓣进行鼻再造或以颞浅血管额支为蒂的岛状皮瓣修复面部缺损共4例,皮瓣应用灵活,转移后不臃肿,弹性色泽好,鼻再造轮廓清楚,供区可直接缝合,不需植皮。是修复面部缺损、鼻再造的良好材料。
There is a satisfactory result in 4 patients using the expanded forehead skin flap based on the supra- trochlear artery or the frontal branch of the superfilial tempord artery(as an island skin flap)in reconstruction of the nose or repairing of the facial defect.The applied anatomy and principles of the operation are discussed.In our study,We find that the expanded forehead skin flap has many advantages,not only being applied freely,present is- land,not being restrictedwhile grafted but also thin,elastic and being well—matehed in colours,including advan- tages of both the axial flap and the expanded skin flap.The reconstructed nose has a distinct and good outline.The doner site canbe sutured at one—stage without skin grafting.There are no shortcoming of other flaps such as too fat,indistinctive outline of nose and influencing the expersslon,etc.Here,We conclud that the expended,Forehead Skin Flap.maybe ohe of the best may fo nepair the facialond nasal defects.
