摘要
上唇双侧裂的前唇原长法修复,由于前唇唇弓缘的自身缺点使修复后人中部唇峰平坦,唇弓不明显。我们采用了在不增加前唇原长的情况下利用侧唇唇弓缘再造人中部唇弓的修复术14例,效果满意。本设计的两侧红唇肌瓣各带到一段1mm 宽的侧唇唇弓缘,用以再建人中部唇弓缘和红唇,使人中部唇弓缘清晰,唇峰显著,避免了该法的固有缺陷。
