摘要
对冲击试验台的冲击隔振是积极隔振。根据振动控制理论,隔振系统中控制振动及其传递的三个基本因素是:弹簧或隔振器的刚度、被隔离物体质量及系统支承。本文运用先进分析软件,结合动态响应计算及模态分析的方法,依据所建立的力学模型,对冲击试验台隔振系统设计进行研究及分析。目的在于指导设计,为设计提供依据,其结果得到了验证,并已应用于生产实践。
It is positive isolation to shock test machine. According to the vibration control theory, stiffness of springs or isolator, mass of the isolated object, and the system support are the three basic factors can control the vibration and its transfer in isolation system. The paper brings focus on the study of a kind of shock tester' s isolation system with using advanced software and combination of dynamic response and model testing theory, according to the dynamic model, provides the support for the design and proved to be correct.
