原位聚合制备纳米氧化锡锑/水性聚氨酯复合乳液及性能表征 被引量:15

ATO/WPU Nano-Composite Emulsion Prepared by In-Stiu Emulsion Polymerization and Performance Characterization

摘要 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA1000)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等原料合成了水性聚氨酯(WPU),并通过原位聚合法将纳米ATO水浆与WPU复合,合成了纳米ATO/WPU复合乳液。研究了不同ATO含量对复合乳液光学性能的影响,并通过红外光谱、透射电镜、热分析仪等对乳液的热性能以及微观结构等进行了表征。实验结果表明,当纳米ATO/WPU复合乳液中ATO质量含量为6%时,可见光平均透过率为81.5%,红外光平均屏蔽率高达73.7%。乳液的热性能优异,且纳米ATO粒子在乳液中分布均匀。 The title waterborne polyurethane (WPU) was synthesized with IPDI, PBA1000, DMPA, etc, which was then hybrided with nanosized antimony coated tin oxide (ATO) suspension to prepare ATO/ WPU nano -composite emulsion by in -situ emulsion polymerization. The influence of different contents of ATO on the optical property of the emulsion was discussed. TG - DTA and TEM were applied to characterize the thermal property of the emulsion as well as the micro - structure. It was found that when the ATO/WPU nano -composite emulsion contained 6wt% ATO, the visible light transmittance was 81.5%, and the shield to rate the near infrared light was 73.7%. ATO/WPU nano - composite emulsion also provided good thermal property and well distributed ATO particles in the emulsion.
