摘要
采用氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷钝化镀锌钢板。通过交流阻抗,盐雾实验检测试样的耐腐蚀性能,结果表明:试样经硅烷钝化后阻抗值达到1 600Ω,抗白锈时间达到36 h,相对于空白样大幅度提高。清漆划格实验表明清漆与试样的附着力良好。原子力显微镜检测显示硅烷膜均匀致密。并初步探讨了硅烷成膜机理。
The present work aimed at passivating galvanized steel by using aminopropyl -methyl -diethoxysilane. The corrosion protection performance was studied via eleetroehemieal impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and neutral salt spray (NSS) test. the impedance was 1 600 Ω, the anti -white rust time was 36 h after passivation, whieh indicated that the corrosion resistance of the sample was improved significantly. The cross -cut test showed that adhesion the varnish was satisfied. Atomic force microscope (AMF) observation showed that the conversion coat was uniform and dense. The formation of the silane film was discussed.
