摘要
自动排液系统是油气田天然气处理、加工装置的重要辅助设备,其安全性、可靠性和工艺性直接影响到天然气的稳定生产和输送过程。针对目前常见的机械式、电控式和电气联控式自动排液系统的一些缺点,设计了一种气控的自动排液系统。该装置主要由压力气源、磁浮子液位计、磁—气控制装置和气动调节阀等组成。磁浮子液位计安装于分离器积液包上,根据液位计中的磁浮子指示的液位高度,磁—气控制装置把磁信号转换为气控信号,控制气动调节阀在高液位慢速开启,在低液位快速关闭,从而按工艺要求实现压力容器的自动排液。实际应用证明,该系统能够更好地满足天然气生产的自动排液工艺要求,具有控制精度高、安全性好、性能稳定可靠、易于安装维护等特点。
Automatic drainage is an important auxiliary equipment at natural gas gathering station.The steady production and transportation of natural gas is directly affected by drainage's security,reliability and process of technology.To overcome some shortcomings of current common automatic drainage controlled by mechanical or electronic mode,a new automatic drainage system based on pneumatic control is designed.It mainly consists of gas source,magnetic floater liquid level meter,pneumatic controller of magnetic induction,pneumatic control valve.According to the location indicated by liquid level meter,pneumatic controller of magnetic induction convert magnetic level signal to pneumatic control signal,drive pneumatic control valve opens slowly on high level and closes rapidly on low level,so as to drain safely in accordance with the technical requirements.Proven in practical applications,the system can better meet the requirement for the automatic liquid discharge process in natural gas production,with good features like high accuracy,safety,reliability,being easy to install and maintain.
