摘要
本文提出了用面向功能方框软件模块编程的方法，并以ＭＰＥＧ－１为例较详细地说明了这种方法在用于图像编解码时要解决的问题．我们认为用面向功能方框软件模块编程构造系统的方法适应了开放结构的图像编码标准的研究、开发和实现．
In this paper, a way to build up image encoding-decoding systems by block-diagram-oriented software programing method is presented. As an example, an MPEG software system is developed. It is proved that this software modules programing method is suitable to the research work of open-structured image coding standards.
