米非司酮联合水囊引产及联合利凡诺引产的作用

Effects of Mifepristone Combined with Labour Induction with Water Bag and Rivanol Induced Abortion

目的：观察１８７例口服米非司酮联合水囊引产及联合利凡诺引产的临床疗效。方法：Ａ组一次口服米非司酮１５０ｍｇ，半小时行水囊引产；Ｂ组行水囊引产；Ｃ组口服米非司酮１５０ｍｇ后半小时行利凡诺引产；Ｄ组行利凡诺引产。结果：Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ及Ｄ组的引产成功率分别是９８．８５％、９２．５％、１００％及９５．４５％。各组无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。口服米非司酮后可明显缩短两种引产方法的引产时间（Ｐ＜０．０１）；完全流产率显著提高，因胎盘胎膜娩出不全所致产后出血以及需行刮宫者显著减少（Ｐ＜０．０５），且不增加两种引产方法的副作用。结论：口服米非司酮联合水囊引产和利凡诺引产是安全有效的。

Abortifacient effects of mifepristone combined with water bag and rivanol were observed in 187 cases. One hundred and eigty-seven women with 16～27 week’s gestation were divided into four groups (A, B, C, D) A: 61 pregnant women received mifepristone 150mg, and half hour after adopt water bag induction of labour; B: 40 pregnant women received a single water bag induction of labour; C: 42 pregnant women received mifeprestone combined with Rivanol induced abortion ;D: 44 pregnant women received a single Rivanol induced abortion. Results: The success rate of abortion in group A, B, C and D were 98.85%, 92.5%, 100% and 95.54%, respectively (P>0.05). The complete abortion rate were increased significantly, the postpartum hemorrhage and curettage of the uterusresults from retained placental fragment and fetal membranes were reduced significantly(P<0.05), but it didn’t cause any side effects to the two abortifacient methods. Conclusion: The combination of PO mifepristone and induction of labour with water bag and Rivanol for induced abortion are safe and effective methods in the managemnt of 16～27 week’s gestation abortion.
