摘要 本文重点探讨了镍和钯作为基体改进剂对石墨炉AAS法测定砷时的影响。在灰化、原子化温度,灵敏度,精密度以及回收率方面进行了比较,选择了土壤中砷的石墨炉原子吸收分析方法。用本法测定了GSS-3标样及三种不同类型土壤样品,结果令人满意。 The effect of nickle and palladium used as the improver of base body on the As determination with graphite furnace atomic absorption method (GFAAM) was studied. By comparing ashing and atomization temperature, sensitivity, precision and recover rate among different methods, the GFAAM was choiced to determine As in soil. By applying this method, a wood sample GSS-3 and three different types of soil samples were analysed, and the results were satisfactory.
