摘要
对设计阶段投资控制目标的设置作了论述,就如何开展设计阶段的造价控制工作进行了探讨,通过技术比较、经济分析和效果评价,阐述了建设项目应逐步建立以设计优化为核心和以设计阶段为重点的全过程造价控制。
The setting of the objective for investment control in design stage is discussed as well as the question that how to carry out cost control work in design stage. Through technological comparison, economic analysis and effect evaluation whole process cost control is elaborated, which focus on design stage and takes optimum design as kernel.
