摘要
分析了施工项目成本管理的意义,从明确职责、编制成本计划、建立管理机制等方面就如何实现项目全员管理进行了深入探讨,提出了实现工程项目全员管理的具体措施,从而达到降低工程成本,提高经济效益的目的。
The meanings of cost control to construction project are analyzed. From specifying their duties, preparing cost planning, building management system and other aspects question that how to realize staff management is discussed, at the same time corresponding measures are proposed in order to reduce engineering cost and increase economic benefits.
