Some New Development of Remote Sensing and Our Policy

九十年代遥感将获得更大发展,一个竞争和合作的局面进一步形成。全球变化将成为遥感的重要目标,微波遥感、成像光谱技术等将是下一代遥感技术的主要代表。针对国际的发展,本文提出了加强国家宏观协调、加强基础研究、加强新技术跟踪以及加强应用的发展对策。

In the 90th decade the remote sensing will be developing even more rapidly. A situation of competition and cooperation in internationalaspect will be taking shape. The global change will be a undoubted target while the microwave remote sensing and the imaging spectrometer will be the representatives of the next generation of remote sensing techniques. In accordance with the world trend, in this paper the basic policy for development of remote sensing is discussed to strengthen the macroscopic coordination, the basic research, the development of new technology and the applications.
