Discussion on the existing problems and countermeasures in tender inviting substitute institution

对招标代理机构在建筑招投标市场提供招标代理服务中存在的问题进行了分析,从公平竞争、规范程序、提高服务质量角度,提出了规范代理机构的对策,从而提高代理工作质量,促进招标代理市场的健康发展。

The existing problems of tender inviting substitute institution in providing tender substitute services were analyzed. The countermeasures to standard substitute institution were proposed from fair competition, standard program and enhanced service quality, therefore enhanced substitute working quality and promoted healthy development of tender substitute institution.
