Discussion on the environmental protection during highway building

结合公路环境保护内容,总结出公路各组成部分的环保功能,提出了公路建设中的一些环境问题,根据国家目前的环保法规对公路设计阶段、施工阶段、营运阶段采取的环保措施进行了论述。

Combined with highway environmental protection content, the environment protective function of every composition of highway was generalized, some environmental problems of highway building were proposed. According to national present environment law, the environment protective measures during highway design stage, construction stage and running stage were illustrated.
