广州建成区三维城市模型的构建及其高度分布特征 被引量:10

摘要 根据在Google Earth上采集到的广州市高层建筑数据,经过校正、换算、加权等一系列的数据处理过程,结合2004年广州土地利用图,使用ArcGIS的三维建模功能,构建了广州市基于250m、500m和1000m3种方格网的三维城市模型,并重点对500m方格网模型的高度分布特征进行了分析。结果显示,广州三维城市空间形态具有如下总特点:城市高度居于全国前列,高层建筑广泛分布而相对集中,城市"地形"呈"三峰四阶梯"式的起伏形态,城市天际线变化较大。 The development of high-rise buildings not only change urban habitation styles, but also impact urban landscape and physical .environment due to their different locations, scales, volumes, figures and distribution densities. According to the statistic data on Google Earth, there were 369 high-rise buildings over 100m height until the end of 2005, and they are still increasing. By using the above data and 3-dimension-modeling function of ArcGIS, 3-dimensional urban model of high-rise buildings distribution in built-up area of Guangzhou is constructed, and its spatial distribution characteristics are analyzed. In the course of the model construction, the data collected from Google Earth are processed by emendation, conversion and weighted average. Combined with land-use map of Guangzhou in 2004, 3DCMs of Guangzhou with three types of the grids (250m, 500m and 1000m) are constructed. The high-rise buildings are relative concentrated in “3 peaks and 4 steps” style. The skyline of the city undulates obviously.
