广东高州市域产业发展及其空间优化

Industrial Development and Spatial Optimization of Gaozhou City in Guangdong Province

县(市)域作为区域研究的最基本单元,是解决区域发展问题的重要切入点。高州市是由茂名市代管的省辖县级市。自20世纪90年代中期以来,全市主要产业获得快速发展,"三高"农业优势日益明显,工业发展也初成体系,但第三产业发展较为滞后,产业发展整体水平较低,产业结构亟待优化调整。文中从增强创新能力、内外资源利用、中心城镇建设和周边区域合作等4个方面阐述了未来产业发展的总体思路,并提出"一核四区"的空间优化方略。

By using the methods of quantitative and qualitative analyses, the industrial development and spatial optimization of Gaozhou City are studied. The results show that the major industries in Gaozhou have acquired fast development, the advantages of “three high” agriculture have stood out increasingly, and the industrial development has become a system elementarily since the middle of 1990s. But, its third industry development is still lagging now, the total level is low, and the industrial structure need optimizing urgently.Thereby, some thoughts about industrial development in future are expounded, including improving innovation capabiliy, making full use of the inner and outer resources rationally, fastening the central urban construction and enhancing regional cooperation. At last, the paper brings forward the spatial optimization strategy of industrial distribution with “one core, four zones” according to the local conditions. “One core” means that the central city is the core area of industrial development; “four zones” means that the southeast zone should develop agricultural product manufacture and textile industry, the southwest be cast iron and further manufacture of ethylene, the northeast be tourism and agricultural product manufacture and the northwest be manufacture of leather and furniture. By the resource-industry-town coupling, look forward to quickening the step of economic development of the county.
