FORTRAN language is widely used in science and engineering domains. To manage the source codes conveniently and to read and understand programs effeciently, a tool called ForRead is designed and implemented. ForRead is an intractive environment to manage FORTRAN codes and to read and analysis programs. The article introduce the main functions and its designing principles.
