低年资护士工作压力源的调查分析

目的了解低年资护士工作压力源的情况。方法运用整群抽样的方法,对本院261名工作<5年护士进行压力源情况的调查。结果在低年资护士的工作压力源3大条目34项压力源中,给低年资护士带来中等水平压力的有10项,主要有岗位薪酬过少、责任重大、护理操作潜在职业危险、高风险职业、紧迫的在职学习和提高学历的需要、护理部检查和考核过多、感觉生活压力很大、危重病人多、病人对护士的期望和要求过高。结论低年资护士承受着多种工作压力,管理者应采取针对性的措施消除或减少其压力源,以减轻低年资护士的压力。

Objective To study the pressure sources among nurses with fewer working years. Methods The instruments used in this study were the demographic data record form and stress appraisal scale developed by the researcher based on literature review. Two hundred and fifty-one subjects with working years less than 5 years were selected using cluster sampling and were surveyed with questionnaire. Result Ten out of 34 items of pressure sources were found to cause moderate pressure among nurses with fewer working years, including lower salary, great responsibility, great job risk, need to study while working, need to get academic diploma, too many nursing examinations, great life pressure, too many patients with serious diseases, and patients＂ high expectation and demands for nurses. Conclusions Nurses with fewer working years endure a variety of working stress. Administrators should take corresponding measures to eliminate or reduce the most stressful pressure sources to alleviate nurses pressure.
