腹部手术切口裂开相关因素分析及预防

目的探讨腹部手术切口裂开的相关因素及预防措施。方法对2002年2月～2008年2月本科室18例腹部手术患者发生切口裂开的原因进行回顾性分析。结果腹部手术切口裂开与感染、患者自身情况、术中操作及围手术期护理有关。结论预防感染、术中规范操作、重视围手术期护理能有效预防腹部手术切口裂开,从而提高手术成功率。

Objective To explore the related factors and prevention measures for wound disruption after operation on abdominal region. Method Causes of wound disruption after operation on abdominal region in 18 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Result Wound disruption after operation on abdominal region was related to infection, patients＂ condition, operating manipulation and perioperative nursing. Conclusion Prevention of infection, standard operating manipulation and careful perioperative nursing can effectively prevent wound disruption after operation on abdominal region and improve operating success rate.
