摘要
采用温水(30℃)浸润、低温(5℃)冷藏、赤霉素(GA_3)浸泡等方法对岷江百合种子进行预处理,并置于不同光照条件下进行培养,研究不同的预处理方法和光照强度对种子萌发的影响。结果表明,温水处理48 h,或低温冷藏20 d均能显著的提高发芽率;50 mg/L的赤霉素即能抑制种子的萌发;避光处理的发芽率最高。
The study applied some pretreatments, such as 30℃ water immersion, cold preservation at 5 ℃, gibberellin soakage in different concentrations,to the seed of Lilium regale ,then cultured in different light intensifies in order to determine effects of pretreatments and light intensity on the seed germination. The results showed that 48 h immersion in 30℃ water or 20 d preservation at 5℃ both were able to increased seed germi nation rate significantly, whereas GA3 of 50 mg/L inhibited seed germination ; the highest germination rate appeared under the dark condition with cold pretreatment for 20 d.
