7种苔藓植物水提液对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:12

摘要 研究了7种苔藓植物配子体水提液对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果显示:垂枝藓(Rhytidium rugosum)、粗枝拟垂枝藓(Rhytidiadelphus squarrosus)、牛舌藓扁枝亚种(Anomodon minor subsp)、东亚砂藓(Racomitrium japonicum)和蛇苔(Conocephalum conicum)明显促进了玉米主胚根和胚芽的生长。7种苔藓植物配子体水提液均表现出抑制玉米侧根数增加。幼苗生长过程中的脯氨酸含量,早期均明显低于对照,胚根POD活性高于对照,说明本试验中部分苔藓植物水提取液能够促进幼苗生长,有利于玉米幼苗培育和壮苗。 Effects of extracting liquor from seven species of bryophytes on seed germination, seedling growth and physiological characteristics of Zea mays were investigated. The results showed that the extracting liquor of Rhytidium rugosum,Rhytidiadelphus squarrosus,Anomodon minor subsp. Integerrimus,Racomitrium japonicum and Conocephalum conicum have obviously promotive effect on the growth of the main radicle and germ of Zea mays. The extracting liquor of seven species of bryophytes all have restrictive effects on the increasing number of the lateral roots. In the first two time, the content of proline was significantly lower than control, but the POD activity of radicle was higher than control. The results indicated that the extracting liquor of some bryophytes could accelerate the gowth seeding and promote the breeding of healthy seedling to Zea mays .
