水杨酸浸种对棉花幼苗抗旱性的影响 被引量:10

摘要 利用不同浓度的水杨酸对棉花种子进行浸种处理,出苗后,用称重法控制土壤水分,使之维持在中度干旱状态。测定幼苗各项生理指标,结果如下:经过处理后的棉花叶片中的丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧阴离子自由基(O_2^-)产生速率有所下降,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性却比未经处理的有一定的提高。另外,可溶性蛋白质含量、叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b的值、叶片保水力、干重含水量、根系活力、根冠比、植株干重也同样呈升高的趋势。因此,水杨酸浸种对棉花的抗旱性及其相关的生理指标有一定的影响。 Using different concentration of salicylic acid to treat cotton seed and maintaining moderate drought by weighing method after sprouting, physiological indexes from cotton seedling were measured. The results shows that:Compared with the ck, salicylic acid obviously increased the activities of different Protective enzymes such as Superoxide Dismutase ( SOD ), Peroxidase ( POD ), Ascorbate eroxidase ( APX), Catase (CAT). Salicylic can also increased the contents of soluable protein, chlorophyll, chl. a/b, roots resistance and the holding ability for water of cotton leaves. But the content of Malondiald Ehyde(MDA) and the producing rate of Superoxide radical( O2^- ) were obviously decreased. So we believe that salicylic acid has some effects on different Physiological targets and drought resistance of cotton seedling.
