摘要
为了掌握不同交叉换位结构对变压器参数影响的情况,针对平面卧式变压器,利用有限元分析(FEA)方法计算变压器窗口内磁场能量,将绕组交流电阻和漏感随交叉换位的变化进行量化,获得了KR、KL两个系数来分别表征线圈交流电阻和漏感的变化规律。实例计算验证了系数的有效性,即已知一种绕组结构的交流电阻和漏感,就可利用这两个系数通过简单计算获得其它形式绕组结构的参数,此为高频变压器的初期设计提供有效支持。
This work concerns prediction of the effect of interleaving techniques used in high-frequency transformers windings on ac resistance and leakage induction. Although the reduction of the leakage inductance and ac resistance by applying interleaving techniques has been well known by most designers, it is difficult to foresee the electrical performance of the transformer in the design stage. The study presented has been carried out using a frequency and geometry dependent model of the magnetic component based on FEA (Finite Element Analysis) simulations. This method allows the study of complex winding strategies in order to extract their advantages and disadvantages. Two coefficients have been achieved from magnetic energy stored in the transformer's window, which can be used to respectively represent the variation rule of ac resistance and leakage inductance corresponding to different conductor arrangements. They are useful to estimate in a quick and easy way the leakage inductance and ac resistance without the application of FEA techniques for each particular configuration. The validity of this method is also analyzed. The proposed method enables transformer parameters of different winding configurations to be predicted using simple calculation, providing a useful method for preliminary high-frequency transformer winding design.
