摘要
将PLC应用于医疗机器人的控制系统。介绍了PLC的选型,并根据工作要求给出了相应的硬件和软件设计,软件设计中着重介绍了直线步进电机升降控制和点动控制程序。现场实验表明,该机器人运行良好,安全可靠,满足系统的要求。
The PLC is applied in the control system of medical robot. The choice of PLC was introduced, and then the design of hardware and software was given out according to the corresponding demand. The jog and auto control programs of linear stepper motor were introduced emphatically. The experiments show that the robot works well and safely. And it shows that the PLC fulfils the demand of the robot system.
