基于生化过程的控制实验装置设计

摘要 本文设计了生化过程控制实验对象,包括多容液位实验子系统、生化罐子系统、纯滞后盘管子系统、主-副管路流量子系统,介绍了氧气吸收率软测量实验系统,开发了基于正泰中自公司SunyPCC800的小型集散实验装置,使学生在新型实验装置上能完成包括软测量技术实验在内的多种先进过程测控实验。实验装置适当做了冗余配置,方便以后研发新的实验项目。 This paper designs multi-vessel liquid system to replace the original three tanks and four tanks system, it included biochemical tank subsystem and multi-vessel experimental subsystem etc.. At one time the paper exploited Oxygen absorptivity measure experimental system, and illustrates parameter measure and control experiment, and adopts the small distributed control system to control based on SunyPCC800. This new device enables students to perform a variety of advanced process control experiments, including the soft measure technology experiment. The experimental device configures system redundancy.
