摘要
多主站PROFIBUS-DP网络是由多个遵循PROFIBUS-DP协议的主站和它们各自的从站组成的现场总线系统,目标令牌循环时间Ttr是影响系统运行的重要参数。本文通过典型多主站系统的实验分析影响令牌实际循环时间Trr的因素,找出令牌循环时间产生波动的原因,提出新的方法,减小令牌循环时间的波动,不仅方便了Ttr的估计,也使得多主站PROFIBUS-DP网络可控性更加突出。
Multi-Master PROFIBUS-DP network is made up of more than one master stations which comply with the PROFIBUS-DP application, and related slave stations are surely needed. Target Token Rotation Time (Ttr) is an important parameter in the system. This paper analysises the factors which affect the Real Token Rotation Time (Trr) by experimenting in a classical Multi-Master PROFIBUS-DP network, find the reason why jitter of Trr occurs, and offers the way to reduce the jitter of Trr.This not only facilitates the estimation of Ttr,but also make the controllabie of Muhi-Master PB.OFIBUS-DP network better.
