摘要
PLC在电站综合自动化系统中主要用于数据采集、控制和调节,对电站正常运行有举足轻重的作用,而如何实现PLC与上位机之间的数据通信也是至关重要。本文正是针对GE9030PLC与现地工控机通信的场合,详细比较了GE9030PLC四种串行通信协议,并着重讲述了PLC与一体化工控机通过电源模块上RS485串口利用SNP协议通信的具体实现过程及应注意的事项。实际运行结果表明,此方法稳定可靠,不需要再另行配置串行通信模块,节约成本,经济性强,有较强的应用价值。
PLC mainly used for data collection, control and regulation in integrated automation system of hydropower station,it is very useful to operate normally in hydropower station and how to achieve data communication between PLC and PC is also important. To communication between GE 9030 PLC and industrial computer, this paper detailed compares four serial communication protocols of GE9030 PLC, and highlighted the realization process of communication between PLC and integrative industrial computer through RS485 serial port in power modules using SNP protocols. Actual operating results showed that it do not need to add serial communication module and this method is stable , reliable ,economical and has strong application value.
