小型工业用采集记录仪的设计

摘要 为了满足工业环境下对于设备运行状况的长期全面的监测、记录和分析的需要,本文以高速单片机C8051F040为核心,结合CAN总线通信,利用USB海量存储器实现对于数字量、模拟量、转速量和串口量的检测与记录。文中重点探讨了采集、通信、存储的软硬件实现。实践证明本系统具有性能可靠,成本低,精度高等优点,可广泛的应用于工业生产。 To meet the requirements of long-term comprehensive monitoring, recording and analyzing for operating conditions of devices in industrial environment, the paper, basing on high-speed MCU C8051F, tests and records digital signals, analog signals, speed signals and serial signals by use of USB mass-storage device as well as CAN-bus communication. The paper discusses emphatically the implementation of hardware and software for sampling, communicating and storing process. Through practical application, the system is proved to be with advantages of reliable performance, low cost and high precision so that it can be applied widely in industrial productions.
