摘要 目前冶金企业设备监测系统建设和维护成本比较高。本文提出了一种将无线传感器网络技术用于冶金设备监测的方法。通过详细分析冶金设备监测场合的应用特征,分别设计了适用于冶金设备监测的拓扑控制协议,MAC协议,以及休眠策略。在实际应用的过程中,无线传感器网络技术显示出了其安装、维护方便,不受供电和布线限制的优点。 At present, it is relatively big cost that the construction and maintenance of metallurgical equipment monitor system. This paper proposed a method to use wireless sensor network technology in metallurgical equipment monitoring. By analysis the application characteristers of the metallurgical equipment monitoring occasion, this paper designed the topology control protocol, MAC protocol, and dormant strategy. In the application, wireless sensor network performed a great merits in the easy installation, convenience maintenance, power supply and cabling restriction.
