摘要
为满足小型化产品的需求及考虑到生产系统中机床大幅度小型化能够节约能源,空间和资源等,本文重点介绍了小型机床数控系统的研究。机床以PMAC作为控制器,采用了基于IPC机和Windows操作系统的并行双CPU数控系统。通过采用先进的伺服算法和有效的补偿控制策略,提高了机床的位置控制精度和伺服跟踪精度。数控系统应用软件利用VB6.0开发,设计了简单合理的人机界面,采用模块化设计的思维通过PMAC的PComm32动态链接库实现了各功能模块。
Considering micro machine tool energy, cost and space saving, the research on micro machine tool is focused on in this thesis. PMAC was used as the controller, the CNC system of the parallel double CPU based IPC and Windows operating system was adopted. The PID control and compensation strategies were applied to improve stable state accuracy and dynamic performance. The application software of CNC system was exploited by modularized mind in VB6.0 software, simply and reasonable MMI was designed. PComm32 of PMAC provided convenience for accomplishing every functional module in VB6.0 development platform.
