摘要
针对光电检测仪器中光电倍增管工作时需要稳定性高、电压可调的高压电源,设计了一种以单片机为控制芯片,计算机通过串口与单片机通信设定输出值,采用斩波器LM2576-ADJ来调节变压器输入电压等级,再由脉宽调制SG3524来细调电压,变压器输出通过三倍压整流进一步提高输出电压,可输出宽范围连续可调电压的光电倍增管高压数控稳压电源。实际测量表明,电源稳定性和可调范围均可满足光电倍增管工作的要求。
Photomuhiplier is widely used in photoelectricity testing instruments. According to the demand of the high stability, adjustable voltage for the photomuhiplier power supply, a high-voltage digital controlled power supply was designed. A MCU was used as the control chip, computer communicate with MCU through serial port to set the output voltage, employ a DC-DC converter LM2576-ADJ to regulate the input voltage, use the PWM modulator SG3524 to adjust the voltage finely, then take the three times voltage rectifying circuit to further boost the output voltage. According to the testing result, it can meet the demand of the high stability, adjustable voltage for the photomuhiplier.
