摘要 LabVIEW软件广泛应用于测试控制系统的开发。本文以实现全自动视觉锡膏印刷机控制系统的多语言界面切换为目的,基于LabVIEW系统给出了三种解决方案。通过对比可知,应用LCOD编程思想和ADO数据库访问技术的方案三是最优方案,具有松散耦合、强内聚、信息隐藏、通用性强等优点。实验结果表明,采用第三方案开发出的功能模块能够实现多语言界面的切换,满足工程应用要求,性能稳定。 LabVIEW is widely used to develop test and control system. This paper introduces three solutions based on LabVIEW system to realize multi-language control interface on automatic vision solder paste printer, and compare these solutions to obtain the optimization one, which used LCOD program thinking and ADO database accessing technology. The optimization solution has the advantage of loose coupling, strong cohesion, good information hiding, good reusability, and so on. The experimental results show that the function modules which adopt the third solution to develop, realize multi-language control interface properly, and satisfy industry applying demand, also have steady performance.
