摘要
针对空间相机CCD电箱结构复杂、各个构件工作温度要求在合理的范围之内的状况,提出了一种热控措施,旨在保持CCD电箱的构件在合理的温度范围之内,以满足实际的工作要求。对某空间相机CCD电箱进行了合理的三维建模,通过设定材料属性和边界条件,采用有限元法对CCD电箱的各个构件进行了仿真分析。分析结果表明:CCD电箱的电路板温度范围是66.1~100℃,不满足0~2512的要求,应对电路板采取热控措施使其满足温度要求。通过对热控措施进行计算,保证了电路板温差的稳定性,进而说明了这种热控措施在空间相机CCD电箱中的应用是合理可行的。
According to the complicated structure of CCD electric box and in order to keep the working temperature of each component within the reasonable range, a kind of thermal control measures is designed, which is aimed at making CCD electric box components meet the working requirements within the reasonable range of temperature. Reasonable three-dimensional model is done to the CCD electric box of a space camera. Analysis of simulation is done to CCD electric box components by setting material properties and boundary conditions and using the finite element method. The results show that the temperature range of CCD electric box circuit board is 66.1--100℃, which doesn't meet the temperature requirement of 0--25℃ ,so thermal control measures should be taken. After much calculation of the thermal control measures, the thermal stability of the circuit board is assured, which illustrates the application of the thermal control measures is reasonable and practicable.
