摘要
分析软组织扩张器应用中出现11例并发症的原因。方法:对发生并发症的病例进行回顾分析。结果:4例5处切口处裂开;2例非切口处裂开;3例4处软组织扩张器漏水;感染2例;皮肤坏死1例。结论:被扩张的皮肤承受巨大的张力是导致伤口裂开的重要诱因。扩张器质量是引起漏水的重要因素。伤口裂开和扩张器漏水是两个主要并发症。认真处理伤口,慎重选择扩张器,绝大多数并发症是可以预防的。
To analyze the causes of complications in the application of tissue expander. Material and method: 11 cases of complications were evaluated. Results: Five places of 4 cases of incision were severed; Two cases were severed in nonincision places. Three cases were leaking of the tissue expander. 2 cases were infected, One case was skin necro- sis. Conclusion; the tension on the incision is the main etilolgy of incision severed and the quality of tissue expander is the main reason of leakage of the tissue expander. Special attentions taken to the incision and carefully selection of tissue expander can avoid most complications.
