摘要
应用头皮扩张术治疗烧伤后瘢痕性秃发77例。秃发面积110cm～322cm^2。67例经一次手术完成修复,8例经两次接力手术完成修复,2例失败,9例发生并发症,发生率11.69%。文中就头头扩张术与传统治疗方法进行了比较,并探讨了扩张器的选择和并发症发生的原因与处理。
A expanded scalp flap is now agreed as one of the best ways to repair ciacati rcial alopecia. We have treat- ed 77 patients with postbum cicatri-cial alopecia by means of scalp expansion. The total alopecia area was 112cm^2 ～322cm^2. The alopecia areas were repaired by one tissue expansion on 67 cases, two expansions on 8 cases, filures on 2cases. Complications appearred on 9 cases. Themorbidity was 11. 69 percent. The comparisons of scalp expan- sion with traditional methods, the choosing of expander and the reasons and arrangments of complica-tions were discussed in the present paper.
