本文结合当前形势,分析了重庆医科大学为了真正成为国家创新体系的重要组成部分,改变观念与做法,在规模适度发展的基础上,坚持以学科为龙头,优化结构,发展内涵,突出特色,立足科技创新,通过各种措施的实施来提升科技能力,走科技强校之路,谋重点突破之策。

In combination with the present policies adopted by Chongqing Medical University situation, we analyzed the important and effective to become a very important part of our country＇s innovative system, such as renewing the notion of innovation ability, insisting on emphasizing subjects, optimizing structure, giving prominence to the connotation and features, as well as scientific innovation and taking every effective measure to enhance the innovative ability of teachers and scientific staff.
