摘要
针对当代医学研究生中存在的缺乏诚信的现象,本文重点分析其成因,如研究生自身素质的缺陷、就业压力过大等,并就此展开论述;探讨在新时期应如何加强医学研究生诚信教育,如发挥导师的引导作用、加强就业规范化管理、建立诚信档案等。
Integrity education is not only one of an important aspect of moral education topics for Medical postgraduates, but also an objective requirement in the socialist market economy. Aiming at the modem medical postgraduates＇ lack of credibility, this paper mainly analyzes its causes such as the limitation of postgraduates＇ quality and the pressure of employment and discusses how to strengthen integrity education for postgraduate in medical university by bringing supervisors＇leading role, enhance the standardized management of employment and upbuilding credibility file etc.
