摘要
介绍了上海国际港务(集团)股份有限公司研发并应用的全自动散货抓斗卸船机、全自动散货装船机和全自动斗轮堆取料机的关键技术与实现原理,包括远距离物料轮廓检测技术、适用于散货船舶与散货堆场的装卸设备自动控制技术、智能辅助决策、计算机网络等先进技术,以及这些技术与装备的集成应用和一体化控制的实现。该项技术的研究成功,使我国实现了港口散货的高效自动装卸及堆场作业,实现了港口散货作业的管理与控制一体化,为建设全自动散货码头奠定了基础。
This paper described the key technologies and the realization principles of automatic grab ship unloader, automatic loading machines, and automatic bucket stacker and reclaimer for bulk cargo which were developed and applied in Shanghai Port, such as materials outline of a long-range detection, automatic control technologies of bulk cargo handling facilities suitable for bulk cargo ship and bulk yard, intelligent decision-making, computer networks etc. , and implementation of efficient automatic loading and unloading operations of bulk cargo port operations in the port. The research and application enable to achieve management and control integration of automated operations creatively and establish a solid foundation for building automatic fully bulk cargo terminal.
