摘要
提出了疲劳概率模型的综合评价方法,从已通过假设检验的各疲劳概率模型中选择最优疲劳数据描述概率模型。对42CrMo硬齿面齿轮轮齿弯曲疲劳试验寿命分布概率模型的综合预测能力进行了排序,得出三参数Weibull分布(3-PWD)和指数分布(ED)是最佳预测概率模型的结论。
The total fitting evaluation of fatigue probability model was presented so that the best fitting probability function could be accepted. The probability model functions of 42CrMo hardened gear-tooth bending fatigue life were ordered by total fitting evaluation of fatigue probability model. Estimating results reveal that the three-parameter Weibull distribution(3-PWD) and exponential distribution(ED) are the best probability distribution function to describe gear-tooth fatigue life.
