摘要
本文研究了使用酸度、成膜时间以及BLM形成液的使用寿命对铂基质十六烷基三辛基碘化扶修饰BLM碘离子传感器性能的影响.结果表明,在20±2℃环境温度下,该传感器膜的形成时间为4~5min;在pH为5.0~10.0酸度范围内对碘离子具有好的响应.以0.1mol/LNaCl为底液,其线性范围为10-6~10-2mol/L[I-],响应斜率为57mV/pC,符合能斯特响应.BLM形成液在三个月内使用无明显变化.
In this paper,three main influence factors have been researched on the properties of iodide ion-sensor based on modified Bilayer Lipid Membrance(BLM) with ammonium hexadecanoyltrioctyl trioctyl iodide(AHTI) on Pt support:the range of acidity in use thesensor,the formation time of the BLM and the used lifetime of the BLM formation liquid. Inthe solution of pH 5. 0~10. 0,the sensor shows linear potentiometric response for iodide ionin the concentration range of 10-6~10-2 mol/L with a slope of 57 mV/pC and a detectionlimit of 10-6mol/L in the background liquid of 0. 1 mol/L NaCl. The membrance formationtime is 4~5 min in the background temperature 20±2℃. There is no change of the responsecharacteristic of the sensor made from the BLM formation liquid within three months.
