On Retrospection and Outlook of the Prosecutor Management System During the 30-Year Reform and Opening

改革开放三十年来,检察官管理制度随着检察机关恢复重建得到重建和发展,历经恢复重建阶段、与行政机关公务员制度共同发展阶段、形式上的分类管理阶段、实质上的分类管理阶段等四个发展阶段,始终沿着法律化进程发展,始终遵循干部人事管理制度的一般规律,始终力求突出检察官职业的特有属性,取得了突飞猛进的发展。今后,应以科学发展观为指导进一步改革完善检察官管理制度。

The prosecutor management system came through four stages, including restoration and reconstruction stage, co-development stage with the civil service system, classified category management stages formally and essentially, which always followed the legal process development and the general rules of the cadre and personnel management system and strived to give prominence to the unique attributes of prosecutor occupation, which achieved rapidly. We should further reform and improve the prosecutor management system under the guidance of scientific development concept.
