摘要
采用免疫组织化学和图像分析技术,对39例胶质瘤中阮病毒蛋白(Prionprotein,PrP)的表达进行了定量研究。结果发现,PrP在各级胶质瘤中有不同程度的表达,Ⅰ-Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级阳性细胞平均光密度分别为10.0±4.7、21.0±8.8和24.0±8.8,除Ⅲ级与Ⅳ级组间无显著性差异外(P>0.05),Ⅰ-Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级间比较均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。提示PrP表达的程度与胶质瘤的分化程度呈负相关。同时对PrP表达的机制进行了探讨。
Prion protein (PrP) expression of 39 cases with glioma was studied by using immunohistochemistry staining and quantified with an image analysis. The resuIt showed PrP expression varied with different grades of the glimas, and the mean optical density values of PrP-positive cells in grade Ⅰ -Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were 10.0±4.7, 21.0±8.8 and 24.0±8. 8, respectively. The difference between grades Ⅰ - Ⅱ and Ⅲ ~Ⅳ was statistically significant (P<0.05) by comparison, but nonsignificant between grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ (P>0.05). This suggests that there is a negative correlation between expression of PrP and differentiation of gliomas. The mechanism of PrP expression in glioma is also discussed in this report.
