内蒙古改革开放30年的农业发展历程依据产出变化可以划分为三个阶段四个时期。1978-1988年处于传统农业阶段,是一个产出低速增长期;1989-2003年为内蒙古农业起飞前的准备阶段,包括一个高速增长期和一个低迷徘徊期;2004-2008年为内蒙古农业的起飞阶段,是又一个产出高速增长期。在未来的农业产业化发展中,"农畜结合"是内蒙古农业实现腾飞走向成熟的必然选择。

These 30 years of agricultural development process of Inner Mongolia since reform and opening to the outside world can be divided into three stages and four periods. The first one is the Traditional Agriculture Stage, between 1978 and 1988, it＇s also a period with the low growth rate ; the second is the Preparatory Stage for Take - off of Inner Mongolia agriculture, including a high - speed growth phase and a stagnation phase between 1989 and 2003 ; the Take - off Stage of Inner Mongolia agriculture is from 2004 to 2008. During the development of industrialization of agriculture, the combination of farming and animal husbandry is the natural choice for Inner Mongolia in future.
