摘要
我国劳动密集型产业很可能会以《劳动合同法》的出台为契机,提升管理水平、技术能力,调动劳动者的积极性,增大劳动者人力资源开发力度和人力资本的积累,形成一次具有战略意义的产业升级。《劳动合同法》不会对企业内迁、外迁造成很大影响。如果有些企业是因为《劳动合同法》的实施而内迁,将有助于促进区域经济的均衡发展,符合国家经济发展战略。
This paper analyses how the Law of Labor Contract impacts on labor intensive industry in some perspectives, such as if or not the labor market should be regulated by law, the relationship between the Law of Labor Contract and labor cost and distribution of production, the impact of the Law of Labor Contract on moving away enterprises. The author considers that the issue of the Law of Labor Contract is an important positive measure, and it is too early to judge the law. It is proper to judge the Law of Labor Contract after investigation and research.
