To let all the people enjoying social security and the core value of equity, justice and sharing is becoming a consensus of the government and the public. To protect laborer＇ s right to social security is the basic function of trade union. Trade union should participate in the construction of social security system through different ways, so as to enhance the development of social security system to the direction of equity and sharing together.
