摘要
研究认为:体质与心理具有对立统一的规律,二者缺一不可;通过体育活动可以有效激发学生的体育兴趣,并对心理有调节作用;建立生理和心理负荷的评价体系对学生身心协调发展有促进作用。
The paper argues that the law of unity of opposites exists in constitution and mentality. Through physical activities, we can inspire students' interest in physical education and adjust their mentality. To set up a evaluation system of physiological load and mental load is helpful to advance coordinated development of physically and mentally health.
