摘要
本文用低浓度双氧水(30%)为原料通过正交实验对一步法制备工艺进行了优化,得到最优工艺条件为:双氧水50mL、反应温度25℃、反应时间90min、硫酸钠65g、氯化钠12g。在此工艺条件下产量为75.31g、收率为44.10%。并用红外光谱、热重分析和X射线衍射方法对产品进行了表征。
This paper is concerned in preparation of the adduct using low concentration of hydrogen peroxide (30%wt)through one step method and the optimum process are investigated by the orthogonal experiments.Resuh shows that the yield of product and production could be reach 44.10% and 75.31 g,when hydrogen peroxide is used in 50 mL,addition of sodium sulfate and sodium chloride with 65 g and 12 g ,and reaches at 25℃ for 90 rain.In addition,the adduct is characterized by using IR,spectrum X-ray power diffraction and thermal analysis.
