金黄色葡萄球菌印迹聚α-甲基丙烯酸的合成

摘要 在金黄色葡萄球菌模板的存在下,以单体α-甲基丙烯酸和交联剂N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺进行共聚合形成一种交联聚合物。模板洗除后,聚合物表面印迹出与金黄色葡萄球菌在形状和静电上互补的凹洞,这种聚合物能够识别金黄色葡萄球菌,并在一定程度上选择性地与之结合。 The crosslinked polymer is prepared by copolymerization of α-methylacrylic acid with N,N' - ethylenebisacrylamide in the presence of Staphylococcus aureus template.After the template is removed,cavities are formed on the surface of the polymer,which is complemental to bacteria in shape and static electricity.Thus,in a certain extent,the polymer can recognize Staphylococcus aureus particles,and bind them selectively.
