摘要
目的:研究海洛因依赖者脱毒后认知行为治疗对其复吸的影响。方法:将强制戒毒的60例海洛因依赖者随机分为治疗组和对照组,用认知行为治疗方法对治疗组进行治疗,出所后两组追踪6个月。观察操守、复吸、曾在访及失访情况。结果:两组操守、复吸结果经统计学分析无显著差异,曾在访后失访例数治疗组明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:认知行为治疗对海洛因依赖者强制脱毒后的康复有一定影响,对其操守和复吸的作用还有待进一步研究。
Objective：To study the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on relapse of heroin dependants after detoxification. Methods：Sixty cases who were forced to abstain from heroin were divided into 2 groups randomly （treatment group and control group）, the cognitive behavioral treatment was taken in treatment group, the condition of personal integrity, relapse, in and out of following up was followed up after leaving station for 6 months. Results： There is no difference in the analysis of personal integrity and relapse, the cases of in following up are more than out of following up （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The cognitive behavioral therapy has some effect on convalescence of forceful abstinent of heroin dependence. Advanced study is needed for the effect on personal integrity and relapse.
